Advanced Elevator Solutions, Inc. is an independently owned elevator company, serving California's Bay Area since 2003. We are a merit shop company with over thirty years of elevator experience. We perform maintenance, repair, state preliminary corrections, modernization, and new installations.
We believe what distinguishes our company from our competitors is our ability to give our customers that special "one on one" attention they deserve. At AES we work hard on resolving your elevator issues and to keep them as problem free as possible. We believe that a problem free elevator creates less stress for owners and managers and the relief of knowing that your elevator company is not out to "nickel and dime" your wallet. Serving Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, San Francisco, and San Mateo counties, we offer 24-hour response 365 days a year with mechanics that live locally. Our technicians have a great wealth of knowledge of a wide variety of elevators and lifts. We pride ourselves in our ability to work on elevators from the early 1900's to modern day solid state controllers.

In accordance with the California Labor Code, only a Certified Competent Conveyance Mechanic working for a Certified Qualified Conveyance Company is authorized to perform any maintenance, repairs, alterations, or replacements on any elevator. Make sure your technician is qualified to work on your equipment.
